At Twenty Four Hair and Beauty Salon, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and client care. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your experience, we want to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.

1. Contacting Us
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us directly by email at infotwentyfourhair@gmail.com within 7 days of your appointment. Please include your full name, the date of your appointment, and a brief description of your concern.

2. Resolution Steps
We will always aim to resolve your complaint in the following order:
1. Correction with Your Original Stylist
• We kindly ask that you give us the opportunity to correct your hair with the stylist who originally carried out the service.
2. Correction with Another Stylist
• If you are not comfortable with the original stylist making the correction, we will offer you an alternative stylist within our team.
3. Mediation
• If you still feel unsatisfied, we will arrange a mediation discussion with you to fully understand your concerns and agree on the best outcome for your happiness.
4. Refund Consideration
• In rare cases where no satisfactory resolution can be reached, a partial refund may be offered. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis at the salon’s discretion.

Parking is a 3 minute walk from the salon. It is a pay and display car park that accepts cards only.
